Our health & wellness coaching services are covered under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996. This means that we are required to take steps to protect client health information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

We will only use and disclose client health information as permitted by HIPAA, such as for providing client-appropriate coaching or for referral to providers. We will not sell or share client health information with any third parties without express written consent.
